About Us

Hi there! Welcome to Sugar Bloom Bakery. We are so excited to share our life-long dream with you. We are a wife & wife team, owners and pastry chefs of SBB.

Our story together began back in 2016 when we met in culinary school at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. We graduated with our Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts in 2017 and continued on to earn our Bachelor's Degree in Food Business Management in 2018. We have four degrees and over two decades of experience between the two of us. After years of working in the food industry, an opportunity came along we couldn't turn down. It's always been both of our dreams to open our own bakery and now we're finally making it come true. 

Baking is our passion and we love what we do. Our products are made from high-quality ingredients and made with care. Our focus is to bring you a combination of classic European desserts with the simple American style baked goods. We are firm believers in the fundamentals; why the classics are classics. Our products will speak for themselves. We have collected and curated recipes and techniques over the years to bring you the very best baked goods.
